  COMMERCIAL AND PRE- AFTER SALES MPSUDAMERICA (SOUTH AMERICA) As is commonly known in South America, the delegations of MPChile and MPArgentina are in evidence, which operate enormously for these countries, but commercial administration and pre-after sales for the remainder of the counties in the region is carried out in the Argentinean delegation (MPSudamerica); afterwards the final concretion of operations and / shipping of materials are ultimately carried out at the plants of Zaragoza or Seville as necessary. Within this delegation, an excellent campaign has been carried out in several countries with trade visits, training courses and follow-ups, put together with our customers on the subject of modernisation and all that makes up pre-after sales. In spite of the difficult situation surrounding the sector, above all in Argentina, there is evidence of an increase, although not a very high but certainly sustained one, in results in countries like Bolivia and Peru, where we continued to intrude very little with our products. However, various modernisation and complete lift operations are emerging there at the moment. We also continue to serve Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay in after sales and commercial administration, with the objective of continuous growth by promoting our products in the whole of this southern part of the continent. CROATIA: Our client in the PETRC ELEVATOR D.O.O zone has been awarded the prize "Arch of Europe for Quality and Technology" which grants B.I.D. (Business Initiative Directions) annually. The prize was handed over during the gala celebrated in Frankfurt, Germany, in which the B.I.D. President explained that: "the rewarded companies are symbols of negotiation with leadership, technology and innovation, which make them models for other companies in the sector". Welcome HUNGARY. During the year 2001 the MP products have received approval from the Hungarian Registration Organisation ÉME. Among the certified products are automatic doors with central and telescopic openings, instantaneous parachute, speed limiters, tractor motor and contact breakers. POLAND. MP lifts continue to be among the most installed in this country and this is thanks to the good work of PROLIFT, our distributor in the zone. PROLIFT, which has recently moved to new, modern offices has executed projects as important as Poznan Airport or the renovation of the Ministry of Finance (Exchequer) in Varsovia during 2001. AUSTRIA: Consolidated as one of the most important in the area, with a list of over 150 entries, including new works and modernisations.
