Following the strategic line adopted by MP PRODUCTIVITY, over the last year we have incorporated personnel to conform a new team to address INDUSTRIAL ORGANIZATION projects.

This team, comprising 7 people, with contrasting professional capacities, compliments the activities already realized, and potentiates the the idea of integral service to the industry.

This year the group has built 14 pilot stabilizer ovens for our client Valeo Lighting,machine refrigeration cabinets for Bsn Glass-Pack and realized other industrial control projects.

The department appreciates the warm welcome it has been afforded, and is entirely at your disposition for all kinds of collaboration within the group.

Corresponding with the acquisition of installations of the old ISA by the MP group, a general machinery reliability plan is starting to be realized. The high specification productions which are being assigned, as well as the type of customer to whom they are being directed, makes it necessary to make machinery with advanced reliability.
Work typology comprises total reliability from the mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical point of view.

In the pictures which are enclosed, part of the reliability process of an AMUTIO double-headed winch is reflected.

Advantage is being taken of repair opportunities to vary the mechanization overhauls in certain benchmarks, with the object of adapting them to the new parts typology.

The final objective of these works is to put the machine in conditions of "zero hours".

MP Productivity signs the machinery maintenance contract with the EADS CASA factory in Cadiz.
MP Productivity recently signed a maintenance contract for machinery with EADS CASA in its Cadiz factory. This work centre of aeronautical trading posts purports to be one of the most advanced in sheet metal work and super plastics. They have the highest manufacturing technology and one of the most advanced maintenance system among the main industries in the zone.

This contract with the aeronautical sector is being incorporated within the guidelines of our organization, increasing the aeronautical sector’s potential in the industrial activities of MP.
