This year, two men who are emblematic of our Organisation celebrate their 25th anniversary in the Group. One is in Saragossa: Joaquín Gil, who in 1977 started PUARSA, our "P"; and the other is in Seville: MANUEL MORENO, who in the same year joined MAC, our "M", when it was a small components company.
They are two clear examples of self-made people, with no university education, trained in the school of life. They should serve as an example of professional development for all of us, and for

those who join our Organisation in the future.
They are an example of what can be achieved in life through reliability, enthusiasm, everyday work and good practices, with no need to trample on anyone, especially in an Organisation like MP, in which what matters is not where one came from, but where one wants to go-and that "where" has no limits.
We send our warmest regards and most sincere congratulations to Manolo and Joaquín, and we all hope that in the next 25 years, together we will experience our successes and failures, joys and sadness, with the same spirit of surmounting all obstacles and encouraging everyone that Joaquín and Manolo have always shown.
