Several years have passed since the creation of MAC in 1988, now known as MP Corporation. This evolution, based on the continuous commitment and reinvestment on the part of my family, has today made it possible for us to build an industrial platform, with possibilities of continuing to grow in each one of the activities within the different sectors that we have strategically opted for.

I would say that the keys have been:
- PROFESSIONAL HUMAN TEAM, who participate as voting members in the Group&Mac226;s management decisions (MP Corporation Committee members), together with the family, and who, on a second level and accompanied by the directors, guide the Management Committees of each one of the companies for which they are responsible, as well as the policies for Adjustment and Change.
- SINGLE INSTITUTIONAL ENGINEERING CULTURE, which provides, in one single language for communication, the necessary integration of the different cultures of our companies or other companies that we take over as we develop in the future.

- A SINGLE QUALITY SYSTEM, which is today a reality, approved by the ISO 9001:2000 standard, on a Corporation level, and a culture of introducing and monitoring our systems throughout the industrial organisation.
- Selection of LEADING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY sectors, which enable us, along with our continuous commitment to R&D and Productivity, to maintain the level of Excellence required by the various markets today.
- Our great challenge of the moment is the SEARCH FOR SYNERGIES. This will allow us to be more competitive within our structure, to transmit a unique image and to make the most of our large potential, both in human and technological terms, in new important projects.
