New installations for MP-Productivity in the Bay of Cádiz, complete with personnel with great experience in designing and building machines since 1984.

The installations are divided into 200 m2 of design offices and two areas for the assembly of special machines, one for special machines and one for manufacturing lines.

INCREASING MACHINE RELIABILITY
When a production machine has a high failure rate, the cost this adds to the product is inadmissible.
Sometimes the decision is made to solve the problem locally, but this is expensive in the long term.
Replacement is a good answer but has a high cost and is not normally necessary.

INCREASING MACHINE RELIABILITY consists of leaving the machine in the same conditions of reliability that it had when it first left the factory.
All the wearing parts are replaced, together with the automation system.
The result is that for 20-30% of the cost of a new machine, one is obtained with a similar failure rate and MTBF.

MP Productivity has organised a seminar on safety of machines and work equipment, in conjunction with ATISAE.
The Confederation of Andalusian Businessmen (CEA) supported the holding of this seminar and made its modern building available for the event.
The opening was attended by Mr Jesús Nieto González, General Director of Industry, Energy and Mining for the Government of Andalusia.
The purpose of the seminar was to provide businessmen and professionals in the industrial sector with advice and information relating to the safety standards for machinery and work equipment, from a practical point of view.
There was a great attendance by all sectors concerned.
