At MP-Productivity we have developed and manufactured a sanding machine that performs a key operation in the manufacturing process of aero-generator blades.

Technical Characteristics:

• The machine automatically sands the interior of the aero-generator blades.
• The machine has a pneumatic displacement system moving on the three axes X, Y and Z. Suitable for various types of surface, whether flat or curved.
• Time-cycle 0.8m/minutos.
• Two pneumatic abrasion machines, of 2.2 Kw at 6000 R.P.M.
• Standard abrasive disks.

A DANOBAT RE-800 production rectifier has recently undergone reliability testing for an important Andalusian company. It represents the first move in a general machinery actualisation plan which rather than purchasing new equipment seek a more cost-effective way of updating production machinery. The approximate cost of the reliability testing is around 25-30% of the cost of new machinery and the failure fee about the same.

The following work scheme is being followed:

1. Dismantling.
2. Analysis of elements subject to wear.
3. Client conformity with intervention.
4. Tuning and reception at our premises.
5. Transport and start-up of definitive installations.
6. Guarantee.
   
   

This type of operation is leading to high production efficiency levels with little investment. Concentrating action on the reduced group of machines that is causing the delays achieves higher marginal savings.
