Last January, MP’s Services Area, in a joint venture with AIRESUR, was awarded the tender for the Integral Management of the Services of the Urban Conservation Entity of the Huelva Business Park. These services have been contracted for a duration of 5 years and the total cost will be € 6,247,825.34.

The Huelva Business Park is 5 km from the Huelva’s urban area and 3 km from the town of San Juan del Puerto. The grounds cover a total of 1,839,430m2 and 1,378,541m² are urbanised. The services that the UTE MP-AIRESUR joint venture will provide to the Huelva Business Park include:

• Administration and Management of the Urban Conservation Entity.
  
• General surveillance of the grounds and access control.
  
• Conservation and Management of common areas and facilities, civil works and street furniture.
  
• Conservation and Maintenance of green areas, gardens and trees.
  
• General cleaning and cleaning of common areas and facilities.
  
• Urban solid waste collection and transportation service.

This contract is particularly important as it has helped MP to strengthen its new business line of the Services Area of the Department of Engineering, Services and the Environment in terms of providing services to Conservation Entities as well as it being the first time that MP has provided services of this nature.
