The Valentín de Madariaga-MP Foundation, together with the rest of the companies belonging to the MP Industrial Corporation, are in the process of creating the General Continuous Training Plan.

The various companies belonging to the Corporation each require different types of training. During the first quarter of the year (January–March), the training courses outlined below will be provided. Sixty MP Lifts and MP Mechanical Components employees will take part in these courses:

• Foreign Trade (18 hours). Geared towards the managing and processing the documentation involved in foreign trade operations.
  
• Oracle SQL 9i (30 hours): Training geared towards optimising the use of available IT tools.
  
• Interpreting Plans, Dimensions and Symbology (6 sessions, 10 hours/session). Provide knowledge necessary for interpreting plans, dimensions and symbology of documents with instructions for manufacturing parts.
  
• Measurement and Auto-control (2 sessions, 10 hours/session). Geared towards measuring auto-control mechanisms.
  
• Forklift Truck Operation (10 hours). Provides the necessary knowledge for safely driving and operating industrial forklift trucks.
