Since SIES was created, many, extremely promising activities have been carried for this small group of staff forming our Foundation’s SIES Special Employment Centre, the headquarters of which are in the Calonge industrial estate.

The most recent and significant achievements include the Certifications TÜV 9001 for Quality and TÜV 14001 for the Environment, placing us amongst some of the leading service companies in terms of operational quality.

Gradually, we have been increasing our agreements and our new clients have placed their confidence in the services provided by SIES. Companies such as El Corte Inglés, at their Nervión and Plaza del Duque stores, have included some of our staff into their home delivery service. Other well-known companies such as AZKAR (a road transport company) LIDL (German chain of supermarkets) in the provinces of Malaga, Seville and Cadiz, SALVESEN Logística, with registered address in Getafe but with its headquarters in the El Pino industrial estate, URENDE, AIRESUR Desarrollos Inmobiliarios real estate services of Huelva, SYRSA Renault, SUROESTE de Supermercados, Andaluza de Supermercados, HNOS: MARTIN, EMASESA, Supermercados El ALTOZANO, MP URBANTECH, HEREDEROS MADRIGAL, BANCO DE ALIMENTOS DE SEVILLA foundation, MP Lifts. MP Productivity and any other contract to be signed before the end of February since the Sales Department is still looking for companies to offer its services to with the quality and success defining them.

Therefore, with very few exceptions (which need to be concluded and determined), we have met our expectations in terms of contracts with companies that were announced as potential agreements in the last issue.

In addition, the company is greatly expanding with the opening of offices in Malaga (already fully operating), Cadiz and Huelva which are soon to be opened and where SIES staff are already currently providing services.

Finally, our staff keeps growing; two new employees recently joined and several more are soon to also join us.

Our policy has been and continues to be that of providing the best possible services using the best possible staff and at competitive prices. Not only do we help to assist companies to meet the LEGAL REQUIREMENTS in terms of employing people with disabilities, we also help the disabled persons themselves to integrate and feel integrated in the within the labour market which is so demanding nowadays. We also aim to promote contracts being awarded to those persons whose disabilities are sometimes minimal and do not prevent them from carrying out their job like any other person.
