MP Biomass is a new company belonging to the MP Industrial Corporation, which is involved in installing boilers and supplying biomass in neighbourhoods and public buildings, among others. With this new activity, MP continues its support for clean energies.

MP is intensifying its presence in the renewable energies sector by acting as an energy agent.

MP uses state-of-the-art technology for this new line of activity, which enables much more advanced biomass combustion. This solution is also completely automated and tele-managed from a central workstation, with lower consumption and emission values. The supply is guaranteed thanks to a logistics and suppliers system that the Corporation already applies for using clean fuel in its plants.

By recovering this fuel, MP Biomass has become the first Andalusian company exclusively dedicated to using Biomass for central heating and domestic hot water in buildings and installations. This strategy is outlined in the European Union’s energy policy and is in compliance with the Kyoto Protocol, which promotes the use of biomass for energy purposes in order to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.

As a result of this initiative, MP is also helping alleviate Spain’s energy dependence on other countries, as is the case with other energy sources such as natural gas. Biomass is produced in Spain, in such quantities that it is now exporting this fuel.

Zero extra cost

MP Biomass is offering to replace old boilers for new biomass ones in neighbourhoods, including maintenance, logistics and fuel supply. This will cost no more than the instalment which the owners are already paying for their central heating. The price includes complete modernisation of the installation.
