Environmental regulations are increasingly more rigorous and changeable, particularly in recent times where, little by little, the Autonomous Communities are developing specific rules to regulate atmospheric emissions, noise, waste, environmental protection procedures, etc., to supplement existing national requirements. As a result, cases of non-compliance with environmental regulations are increasingly more frequent due to a lack of knowledge on the requirements, which may lead to sanctions on the part of the administration.

n addition, environmental bodies within the various autonomous communities are creating and training groups of inspectors, either from their own employees or collaborating entities. These inspectors carry out scheduled or random environmental checks to inspect the state of installations, take samples of emissions, dumps, waste, etc. and review the obligatory registration documentation.

Through our team of environmental specialists, the MP Consultancy Department is offering clients the possibility of using them as their environmental department and for this purpose we carry out the following activities:

• Perform a preliminary study to review the environmental requirements corresponding to the activities carried out.
  
• Register action to be taken and documents to be created for environmental issues.
  
• Present the necessary reports before the competent administration, regional environmental departments, hydrographical confederations, town halls and sanitation management companies, etc. We therefore perform, for example, declarations for dumping, container and waste, as well as periodical soil reports and atmospheric emissions measurements, which can be completely adapted to each client needs.
  
• Carry out the necessary registrations.
  
• Provide consultancy services on the environmental improvements required for the installations.
  
• Provide consultancy services on the possible inspections, which may be carried out on the company.
  
• Attend meetings with the competent bodies for clarification on any matter regarding the environment.
  
• Respond in writing to petitions from the administration, ecological groups or interested parties, etc.
  
• Provide legal representation in the case of violations.
  
• Provide updates on the legislation applicable to the company’s activity.
