The Construction Area of the Engineering, Services and Environment Division has been awarded the project for the construction of the Parque Empresarial Zaudín (Zaudín Business Park).

This business park project, which amounts to more than 10 million euros, was designed by the IDOM engineering company. The development group for the project is formed by GRUPO PINAR, GALIA and INMOAVANCE, along with other companies, and SODINUR is responsible for managing the project. In the first phase of the project, the MP Construction Area will be responsible for executing the works for the commercial building and offices with underground parking, as well as 83 specially designed warehouses, which also form part of the project.

The business complex will be located on a plot adjacent to the PISA business park in Tomares, Seville. In terms of architecture, Zaudín aims to provide functionality and comfort of the integrated spaces in surroundings that promote synergies between different business activities, with good communications and a wide range of services.

This project represents another step for the Construction Area towards consolidating MP position as an important brand within the Andalusian Construction sector and has resulted in the strengthened implementation and growth of this line, which is fundamentally made up of a young, dynamic and qualified team.

Zaudín aims to provide functionality and comfort of the integrated spaces, with good communications and a wide range of services.

The magnitude of the contract also shows the sector the significant technical capacity of the MP Construction Area and serves as a tool for promoting loyalty among and improving the services of the suppliers with whom we work.
