Machinery Integration is one of the main business lines within the MP Productivity Technical Maintenance Department.
In terms of maintenance, Integration should be understood as the set of activities required for a change of location for a particular activity, of part of the productive process or the installation or starting up of the machinery required for a new activity. This not only involves the physical transfer of the machinery required for the activity in question, but also moving and adapting the installations connected to the machinery in the new location (assembling air, water and electricity installations, machine levelling, adjustments, etc).
In order to correctly Integrate machinery, various factors must be taken into account. For example: the labour required (skilled technicians with extensive knowledge of mechanics, electricity, etc.), the suitable vehicles to move the machines (cranes, self-supporting structures, etc.) and the specific technical equipment required for this type of work (trucks, beams, skids, etc.).

As a result of the hard work which has been carried out within this business line, we have integrated some machinery and installations for ISOFOTON, who is one of our main clients in terms of Maintenance and Integration. For example, it is worth noting the integration of the No 7 metallising line and other integrations performed by MP (Productivity) within the premises of this company.
