MP Systems, in its effort to offer best technology at least cost and with maximum functionality, has been working on web applications around MIC2000 ERP+, using JAVA technology in JBOSS applications servers for four years.

Applications which allow a new MIC2000 ERP+ presentation layer to be shown, custom designed, but with the same power and functionality as provided by the ORACLE core of the database.

These applications seek to permit:

• High mobility sales representatives to record visits, presale/autosale orders, customer data, etc.
  
• Agents, customers and distributors to enter orders, consult dispatch status, payment management, etc.
  
• Shop personnel to perform supplies, returns, stock adjustments in real time.
  
• Technical personnel to monitor project costs, record items, etc.
  
  
  

Furthermore, these applications can be developed for mobile terminals, with the objective of taking advantage of the new forms of communication and GPRS/UMTS terminals.

The version 15 of MIC2000 ERP+ standard provides solutions for CRM (Customer Relation Management), B2C (Order Management / Virtual Shop), shop Backoffice and Project Management, and it is expected that this will soon include functions to cover customers’ mobility requirements.
