We are in the final stretch of implementing the Group’s General Training Plan.

Throughout the year, training programmes have been provided to cover the training needs and objectives of the different companies.

As stated in our previous article, more than 80% of the aforementioned programmes are to be run from September to December. Some of these courses are as follows: Programming of Programmable Automatons (2 editions of 20 hours each one), Credit Management and Legal Training (10 hours), Manufacturing Process Control and Process Reengineering (2 editions of 15 hours each one) and Lean Manufacturing (2 editions of 15 hours each one).

With regards to employee satisfaction and in accordance with the data gathered in the evaluation questionnaires carried out to date, it is to be noted that the average score is approximately 8 out of 10.
