A conference entitled “Biomass
Heating Systems: An Ecological
and Economical Alternative to
Traditional Gas Boilers” was held
in the Infanta Cristina Hotel in Jaén on 7th
February. The conference, which was aimed
at property administrators in Jaén, aroused
a great deal of interest among those in
attendance.
During the conference, MP Biomasa gave a
presentation explaining that it is a company
which provides biomass heating services
and that it carries out preliminary studies,
projects and construction work, supplies
biomass fuel, and installs, manages and
maintains biomass installations for heating
and sanitary hot water.

MP Biomasa presented the main technical
aspects of these heating systems and
their advantages over traditional systems
to an audience of forty representatives of
the professional association of property
administrators of Jaén, including its
chairman Mr. Juan José De la Torre.
In his presentation, the Head of the Energy
Area, Pedro Manuel Aranda, highlighted the
safety and reliability of the systems that
MP Biomasa installs, and the profitability
that they represent for the customer. This
profitability is reinforced by the subsidies
granted by the Andalusian Energy Agency,
which are included in its development
plan for biomass energy for domestic use.
The sustainable nature of the systems,
the funding provided for new installations
and the geographical proximity of the
fuel used were the key aspects of these
heating systems welcomed by attendees.
According to current legislation, subsidies
of up to 60% of the investment value may
be provided.
The geographical proximity and availability of
the fuel used, the sustainable nature of the
systems and the funding provided for new
installations were the key aspects of these
heating systems welcomed by attendees. |
