MP is to participate in
the XVIIIth SMAGUA
conference, the
International
Conference on Water and the Environment,
to be held in Zaragoza, from 11th to 14th
March 2008. SMAGUA brings together the
leading companies in the water industry and
professionals wanting to learn about the
latest technology, equipment and systems
for water management.

This year, SMAGUA is seen as the major
prelude to ExpoZaragoza 2008, which
begins in June and the main theme of which
is Water and Sustainable Development. It
is with this backdrop that MP is to attend
the conference, with the aim of boosting its
image as a company which provides sound
environmental engineering and is committed
to the preservation of nature.
With the slogan, “We are water by nature”,
MP will be showing a stand which presents
water as an essential element of the
natural environment inhabited by humanity.
Moreover, water is the essential element of
man, who carries out his activities using this
resource. For the Engineering, Services and
Environment Division, the projects related to
water which we have been involved in have
engendered the wide variety of activities
which we carry out today.

The message that we in the division
present to our clients: progress
for companies which allows
for environmental conservation
and the efficient management
of natural resources
MP strongly defends water as the birth
of nature, the birth of humanity and the
birth of the activities that the company
has been developing since its conception.
MP has been carrying out environmental
conservation projects for years,
using technologies used especially
for the treatment of water. Over the
years it has developed its activity in
this area, according to the demands
of the market, its clients and society,
while always maintaining water as
the core element of its growth. This
is the key message which we in
the division present to our clients:
progress for companies which allows
for environmental conservation and
the efficient management of natural
resources.
The main innovations presented by MP at this
conference are as follows: environmentally
friendly technologies for the treatment of
urban water, the re-use and desalination of
water, renewable energy projects, among
which we highlight our biomass heating
systems for producing sanitary hot water
