Another tender recently awarded to the Construction Area is the construction of the building that the developer, MARISMEÑO SA (Diansa Group), plans to build in the PARSI industrial estate in Seville. The construction work is to be managed by the architect in charge of the design of the project, Mr. Juan Ignacio Santamaría Garrido, and the technical architect Mr. Manuel Méndez Campos.

The new building is to have a surface area intended for industrial use of 3,425 m2, of which 1,548 m² are to be used for an underground car park with 45 spaces.

The plan proposed by the developer consists of a building with four industrial modules. Modules 1 (980 m2+105 m2), 2 (763 m2+105 m2) and 3 (795 m2+130 m2) will be used for the industrial building with a mezzanine floor of offices. The whole of module 4 (540 m2+540 m2+540 m2) will be a building with a ground floor plus two other floors. This office building will house the new headquarters of the company ATISAE in Seville.
