Transmissions and Supplier
Industry can be grouped into five
main areas:
- Gearbox synchronizers (synchro bodies,
sliding sleeves, clutch bodies).
- Engine gears (camshafts, crankshafts,
engine oil pumps, etc.).
- Componentes para transmisiones: (shafts, spur
and helical gears, bevel gears, etc.)
- Complete transmissions assembly.
- Lifts components.
GEARBOX SYNCHRONIZERS
This is the group of products which the area
manufactures in the largest volumes. Within
this group we manufacture:
- Synchro bodies
- Sliding sleeves
- Clutch bodies

and complete transmissions assembly
These components form part of the gearbox
synchronizer: they make up the part of the
gearbox which permits the gears to engage.
These components must be manufactured
to extremely high levels of quality, and are
currently manufactured mainly for industrial
vehicles (medium and light-weight lorries
and buses).
ENGINE GEARS
This is the second largest group in terms
of volumes manufactured. Within this group,
we manufacture gears for:
- Camshafts
- Crankshafts
- Engine oil pumps
These components are installed in diesel
engines, and they are used to transmit the
movement to the different mobile elements
of the engine (camshaft, crankshaft, etc.).
They are manufactured for engines of up to
600 hp, mainly for agricultural vehicles.
