In January, the Valentín de Madariaga
- MP Foundation was included on the
Register of Development NGOs (nongovernmental
organisations) of the
Spanish Agency for International Cooperation
(AECI).
This is the requirement that the foundation
was waiting for in order to be able to begin
developing international cooperation
projects in 2008.
The Valentín de Madariaga - MP
Foundation has been registered on
the Spanish Agency for International
Cooperation’s Register of Development
NGOs.

As preliminar y activities to implementing
this field of activity definitively, the
foundation has collaborated with the
Universidad de Sevilla (University of
Seville ) in two projects, through MP’s
chair in the university.
With this field of activity, the Valentín
de Madariaga - MP Foundation wishes
to extend its objectives to developing
countries, focusing on businesses,
universities, training centres, culture
and the environment, by promoting and
suppor ting activities and projects in these
areas.
