Throughout 2007, the different
companies within the MP Group
have carried out training actions
adapted to achieving their aims
and specifically designed for them. The type
of training varied according to the request
of each company: classroom training, elearning,
outdoor training, etc.
The training topics were as follows:
- Office applications: Intermediate and
advanced Excel.
- Programming: Crystal Report, Oracle
Administrator and Systems Developer,
Solid Works Advanced and Solid Works
Cosmos, Presto Advanced, Autocad.
- Business management: Foreign Trade
(Operative and Practical, Import-Export), Computerisation of Business
Management, Professional Efficiency and
Quality, Project Management, Health and
Safety.
- Specific training for lift assemblers,
Collection Management and Legal
Training, Supply Chain Management,
Lean Manufacturing, Control of
Manufacturing Processes, Noise,
Vibration and Control, Market Research,
Techniques and Methods of Prospective
Planning and Marketing, Customer
Services, Quality Management, Water
Treatment, Automation Programming,
TIG Welding, Fire Extinction and First
Aid, Use and maintenance of Forklift
Trucks, Interpreting Plans, Measuring
and Internal Control.

Information on Ongoing Professional Training
in 2007:
- Total students trained: 690.
- Total hours training: 1,669.
- Level of satisfaction reached: 7.7/10
With the aim of preparing MP’s 2008 Annual
Ongoing Professional Training Plan, we are
currently in the needs detection phase,
and although the programme has not been
finalised, there are companies which are
already holding training events within the
ongoing training programme for this year.
This is the case with Mac Puar Componentes
Mecánicos, S.L., which from 31st January
to 22nd February will be holding the
following course on 7 different occasions:
“Qualification Requirements for the Role
according to ISO/TS16949:02”.
