Our concept of the ACIN (fully integrated lift) is that a complete lift is more than the sum of its component parts; however, we cannot lose sight of the contribution made by each component to achieve the objective of a fully integrated lift.

MP is launching a new version of the Reveco operator. This operator is integrated into the car, and can be installed on the header instead of on the roof. However, it can also be installed, more traditionally, on the roof in those cases where that is required. This new operator constitutes a considerable reduction in volume – it occupies less height (80 mm less), a door track or sill of 75mm (10 mm narrower), and measure “A” is smaller (10 mm less). It also provides:

• Greater comfort, with lower noise levels caused by the movement (smoother guides and larger diameter wheels)
• Inspired by the design of the Massen door, the time required to install the operator and car door is reduced by about 30%.
• The operator weighs less, and as a result, so does the counterweight, making the lift more energy efficient.
• The environmental impact of manufacture is reduced by optimising the use of natural resources and energy. By using mass production techniques, the volume of material used in the production is reduced by about 35-40%, giving a similar reduction in the energy consumption of the production machinery, paint, etc.

We are convinced that this innovative new car door and operator will more than satisfy the demanding requirements of an increasingly competitive market.
