To accompany the launch of the MPGO! model, we have released a new version of one of our classic tools for taking an order for a lift: Helpmate v14.

On this occasion, directly associated with the concept of MPGO!,  Helpmate has also advanced significantly since its beginnings, as it now includes a great new feature which provides the customer with scale plans of the layout of the lift being configured at the time.

By simply connecting to Internet from the computer on which the order is being configured, the system makes a request to a web server that contains an application for creating a 3D model of the complete lift and automatically generates the floor plans and elevations, position of the assembly hooks, floor plan of the pit with the reactions, and detail of the opening for the door.

As we have said, this new utility is only available for the MPGO! lift, and is made possible due to this lift model’s high level of standardisation. Helpmate “guides” the customer through a series of restricted and limited options, reducing the time required to complete the process of making out an order.

Another advantage of this new utility is the elimination of the plan approval phase. MP GO orders are received with the plans of the design, which the person sending the order has already displayed, viewed and validated. When MP receives an order, the plans are therefore immediately approved.

This novel software will certainly have positive effects, such as optimising lift delivery dates due to reduction in process time, and quality improvements due to the automation of these processes. Our customers will be impressed by the new, cutting-edge features we are providing for them. We can therefore conclude that we have taken another step towards achieving TOTAL QUALITY, which is our principal objective.
