The Construction Department has been awarded the contract to build INGENIA’s NEW CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS located in the Malaga PTA.

The design of the building stands out due to the innovative facade in exposed white concrete. Thanks to the large windows in the facade, the interior will be well lit and also have unbeatable views of the surroundings.

The project, for a total of almost four million euros, is for a building on a six thousand square metre plot, which will include: a two-storey underground car park, two floors of offices, and a large terrace. The contract includes the construction of the roads and gardens on the plot.

The floors above grade are designed to be used for offices, with the car parking on the basement floor. There will be a training room for courses in the ground floor with independent access that may be operated independently. Lastly, given its excellent views over the PTA, it is planned to use the roof terrace for important events.

This building will be a launching-pad for the construction department’s activity in the province of Malaga.

The work will be completed in September 2009.
