ZF Boutheon has contracted MP-CM to supply synch rings. This is a complex type of ring, involving the following processes: turning, notching, cementing, tempering in the press and grinding for a complex geometry.

Having achieved compliance with the strict tolerances in terms of both geometry and materials, the first prototypes have now been sent to the client. We expect to impress this new French client and obtain the outsourcing contract for part of their synchronisms. We have made studies for many parts, and are awaiting the results from the first prototypes to then increase production.
