For its Malaga offices, the software development multinational INDRA has entrusted the training of new employees in Oracle Developer and Java to the Valentín de Madariaga-MP Foundation. The two organisations have signed a partnership agreement for the Foundation to give the necessary courses for INDRA to meet its need for trained and qualified new hires.

The prime objective of this initiative is to give jobs to unemployed young people. The high quality training is also intended to improve and optimise the qualifications of the company’s human resources, increase competitiveness and create employment.

The courses planned for this semester in 2008 are: Application Development using Oracle Developer/Java and Application Development in J2EE/J2SE. Under the agreement, four more courses will be given next year. The specific content will be decided by the multinational company’s technology requirements.
