The optional course on Institutional Engineering, which was given for the fifth consecutive year, came to an end in June. At the end of the course, internships were offered to some of the final year students who had completed the course, as in previous years. The next course (the sixth) will start October. Gonzalo de Madariaga will give the first class, together with the Vice rector for Technology Transfer, to welcome the new students.
The course on Institutional Engineering has consolidated its position within the range of optional courses offered to the final year students of Engineering in the Seville School of Engineering, and each year has been fully subscribed.

In the course, the students are taught the costing model in Financial Control System. This not only provides them with an understanding of the model but also of the real need for a company to manage and control the financial variables. The students' appreciation of this need is enhanced by the fact that the course is being delivered by several of MP’s management team and expert professionals, who have extensive experience of cost control. |
