During the last quarter, the 2007-2008 training courses carried out in EFA, the School of Applied Training located in Calonge, came to an end.

During the course, the school’s students have visited several companies, both within the MP Group and outside it. These visits have given them a wider and more realistic understanding of the knowledge they have already acquired, and given them the opportunity to apply for future employment. Among the companies visited have been MP Ascensores, Heineken, Hotel Barceló, Hidral, Cuadros Eléctricos Nazareno, etc.

A significant visit was the one made by the students of courses for Thermal Solar Energy Installers and Maintenance Electricians to the largest photovoltaic plant constructed to date on a building in a city's historic centre. This installation is at the Cadiz Faculty of Business Studies. The students, accompanied by Foundation personnel and the teaching staff, were welcomed by Rafael Jiménez Castañeda, the project’s director.
