Last 19th November 2008 the elevation training day conference for property administrators was held in Seville (CEA Assembly hall, Cartuja). The Administrators Association had the task of summoning its members to participate.

The training day, which counted on the active and dynamic participation of the attending members, was chaired by the President of the Sevillian Administrators Association, Mr. Rafael del Olmo and by MP Elevation’s General Manager, Mr. Antonio García de Alvear. The president and the general manager were in charge of inaugurating the training session, of informing the attendees about the present situation and of the necessity to cooperate.

The work and study programme focused on the following speeches:

• Lifts Reform. "Safety and comfort in old Lifts".
• Buildings without lifts. "Removal of architectural barriers".
• Lifts Maintenance. "High quality service".

The speeches were carried out by:

• Mr. José Juan Brioso. Vice-President of the Industry Commission (ASOCAN).
• Mr. Sebastián Fierro. MP Maintenance and Refurbishments Manager.
• Mr. David Guillen. MP Installations Manager.
• Mr. Andrés López. MP Consultant.
• Mr. Miguel Chías. MP Seville Business Division Manager.
• Mr. José Antonio Morano del Pozo. Property Administrator.

Of special note was Mr. José Antonio Morano del Pozo's speech; "Owner and Administrator’s Responsibility", which developed an intense and dynamic debate between the Administrators and the audience.

This training day has been just the beginning, as it will be extended to the other Andalusian provinces and, later, to the rest of the country.
