MP signed a partnership with the residents’ association of the district El Santuario by which MP undertakes to install and maintain the lifts in this area.

El Santuario has 78 main front doors which, thanks to the Building Public Sector Company project, promoted by the Andalusia Council (EPSA), will be refurbished and equipped with MP lifts.
The contract was signed last October between the residents’ association and MP Rehabilitation department, the MP department in charge of the project.

MP undertook to cooperate indirectly with the implementation of these public works, through companies that work with our technical office – an office that has a close relationship with EPSA refurbishment department.

A crucial factor in the winning of the contract was the unique technical solution suggested by MP to overcome difficulties in the installation of the lift, so strongly limited by the presence of very narrow and elliptic shafts. In the face of such conditions and after a careful engineering study, MP technical office managed to install a lift which totally adapts to the residents’ association’s needs and requirements.

By signing this contract, MP strengthens its position in the Refurbishment sector and continues to be the sector leader in Andalusia.
