The manufacturing cell, called Hub cell, has just been completed. It has been specially designed for the totally automatic manufacture of the entire hub, beginning with the forging press.

The cell is scheduled to be completed with the friction washer assembly, which allows us to produce at once a finished and packed part.

This process lets us considerably reduce the number of parts, since the operation prevents from building up accumulation stocks. Thanks to this method, the manufacturing time has been reduced to 40% of what it was previously.
