MP Sistemas and Telvent, a company pertaining to the same sector as that of the Sevillian enterprise, have recently signed an agreement for the joint development and marketing of an Electronic Billing platform.

This agreement is a demonstration of the unwavering commitment of both companies to R+D, and aims to combine MP Sistemas’ experience in platforms for E-billing and that of Telvent with Electronic Signatures. In this way, both companies have established an excellent collaboration framework for the evolution of E-billing software.

E-billing consists of the creation and transmission of invoices between the sender and receiver by electronic or telematic means. These bills are digitally signed using a recognised digital certificate. This method guarantees the data integrity and source authenticity of the issued invoices.  The Securinvoice platform is compatible to any operative system and can be adapted to any change and variation that may arise on both technological and functional levels.

In comparison to traditional billing, the electronic billing system is hugely advantageous. It was recently estimated that with the use of this new invoicing modality a medium sized company, issuing approximately 60,000 invoices per year, will save approximately 2 euros per invoice.

The Securinvoice platform is compatible to any operative system and can be adapted to any change and variation that may arise on both technological and functional levels.

Using e-billing will also allow for paper saving, which totally match the strategy shared by MP Corporation, consisting of increasing sustainability in all its projects. MP Sistemas and Telvent in collaboration are currently developing the technology and the newest features of this E-billing software.  This joint project includes the cooperation of both companies in the case of any commercial action at a national level concerning the product and business sector of this agreement.
