MIC2000 ERP+ in Precchio outlets.

The installation of MIC2000 ERP+ in Precchio outlets as Enterprise Management software has been an example of a multidisciplinary Project involving all MP Sistemas’ departments.

The project consisted of the implementation of all the exchange processes as well as the interconnection of 40 outlets by TPV software and Back Office tools.

The implementation was carried out in several phases in order to ensure neither the daily activity of the chain's outlets nor the exchange operation itself was affected.

 

Due to the geographical distribution of the outlets, Hardware and Software migration was carried out progressively:  in this way, the technological evolution coincided with users’ training. The implementation of this project required the replacement of the existing sales software by MIC2000 ERP+ process.

Thanks to the MIC2000 ERP+ installation, Precchio has considerably reduced the time consumed by the most crucial processes of its daily work.

Due to the implementation a considerable time saving on each of the client’s processes was achieved. Some improvements concerned the following processes:

  • Points of sale synchronization (sales, items and prices).
  • Goods delivery / transfer
  • Outlets’ liquidation
  • Sales analysis report, ranking, etc.

In regards to the hardware, exchange servers and Points of Sale Terminals were updated; 40 TPV IBM SurePos 100 mod. 118 units were installed.
