Dinosol Supermercados’ Customer Care Service.

MP Sistemas created a software application for Dinosol Supermercados designed to manage all the calls received by its Customer Care Service. Every day, this service receives a considerable number of calls that are recorded in order to assess and resolve the callers' issues. Those calling the service are customers of the Dinosol supermaket chain and CASH department, as well as suppliers and employees asking for information, often presenting complaints or suggestions.


 

Dinosol Supermercados already had at its disposal MP's installation of Lustrum Software for Assets and Ticketing Management, which allowed for the installation of an application provided with Web interface using Lustrum’s search engine for Ticket Management. This lets the user record, control and resolve the callers' issues.


The system allows the user to handle multiple calls simultaneously and is complete with phone number recognition capabilities. It also displays information regarding the last calls dialled from the same number, as well as information on the closest outlets to the customer calling. Furthermore, the system issues e-mail notifications.
