Once more, the different companies belonging to MP Industrial Corporation almost exhausted the credit obtained in 2008 for Continual Training.
The companies consider training a real investment for the MP Group and want it to be perceived as a systematic and continuing process; only in this way, training can acquire its potential strategic force.
For this reason, over the whole year a number of training sessions required by the companies themselves have been carried out and developed according to their specific needs. |

Some data is worth being mentioned:
- Total of trained students: 903.
- Total of training hours: 2.270.
- Level of satisfaction: 3.23 out of 4, considering 1 and 4 the minimum and maximum mark respectively.
We are currently defining requirements and needs for the in-house training of 2009.
As it happened last year and in a period in which the above-mentioned programme has not yet come to a close, some companies are carrying out training sessions pertaining to the continual training of this year. This is the case with Mac Puar Mechanic Components, S.L. and Mac Puar, S.A.
